Abstract


Abstract: The training of the educator in distance education is a subject of relevant importance, due to the dimension of this modality of teaching, resulting from the technological evolution and constant search for knowledge. The challenges are characterized by significant technological changes as well as the speed of information in the globalized world. As an objective, this study sought to understand the importance and comprehensiveness that the EaD has achieved in the training of educators in the higher education. It was verified that it is necessary to use dynamic processes to aid in a fast and effective way each student having full mastery of the content taught through continuous formation, since the initial formation is no longer sufficient for such domain the world evolves quickly, the educator needs to be To the height of its time.
