The academic identity construction in the perspective of educational management partnerships (course-students).

Abstract


This article aims to present an overview of higher education in Brazil, showing the need for those involved in the educational process is effectively constituting partners in the pursuit of academic identity construction. Are cited in the text, some procedures that can assist in achieving these objectives, facilitating and enabling the professional growth of the students, as well as better identification, to the society in which it operates, the Higher Education Institution (HEI). The construction of academic identity is the creation of his own brand of HEI. Brand that the evidence with the competition, especially in certain regions of Brazil, where there are large concentrations of HEI, whether public or private.
