O relacionamento Geopolítico entre Guardas Municipais e Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo

Abstract

O presente artigo científico tem por objetivo analisar o aspecto geopolítico da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo (PMESP) e das Guardas Civis Metropolitanas (GCM), no tocante à atuação integrada com escopo de maximizar a ação de presença e evitar superposições, lesivas no aspecto da otimização da distribuição de ativos no espaço geográfico de atribuição, qual seja, o Estado de São Paulo e os próprios municipais, respectivamente. O estudo demonstrou a necessidade de intercâmbio de informações, em face das peculiaridades de cada força, como contingente, recursos tecnológicos disponíveis, treinamento e atribuições constitucionais

The aim of this article is to analyze the geopolitical aspect of the Military Police of the State of São Paulo (PMESP) and the Metropolitan Civil Guard (GCM), in terms of integrated action with a view to maximizing presence and avoiding overlapping, aspect of the optimization of the distribution of assets in the geographic space of attribution, that is, the State of São Paulo and the municipal ones, respectively. The study demonstrated the need to exchange information, given the peculiarities of each force, such as contingent, available technological resources, training and constitutional attributions
