Abstract

Welcome to UNISANTA Business and Management!

The Santa Cecilia University launches its electronic journal UNISANTA Business and Management every six months. The magazine comes as a result of the continued commitment of the University Santa Cecilia - UNISANTA to excellence in teaching and doing research, focusing on the knowledge building processes and in its transfer on the research supported, positively in tune with the needs of the society and the scientific community both nationally and internationally.

We present in Volume 1 of UNISANTA – Business and management electronic scientific magazine, six scientific articles into one volume, among those , special invited papers.

The Editors and Editorial Board of the journal wishes everyone to enjoy reading this first volume and invites authors in the area Business and Management participating in future editions.
