Abstract

This  study  aims  to  analyze  the  life  of  Down  Syndrome  patients from  the  procedures  relating  to  education  and  training  of  the  same,  until  his hiring  made  by  companies.  And  on  laws  imposed  by  the  Ministry  of  Labour, follow  through  case  study  companies  hire  the  Down  carriers  to  meet  the imposed  quota,  and  fail  to  pay  heavy  fines  or  whether  they  believe  in  the potential of these professionals. Hiring a Down carrier who is qualified is not a simple task and requires close monitoring,  but  in  compensation  this  professional  brings  improvements  in organizational health of companies.
