Abstract
In recent years, the Human Resources area has been renewed and transformed to become strategic and change the view that many companies had that the Human Resources sector should be limited to the Personal Department area.In other words, HR left the companies' basement and went to the strategic meeting room, failing to act in a mechanistic way and starting to manage people, in order to actively contribute to the company's business. But this did not happen suddenly, it was years of work for companies finally to realize that the main resource of their company is the human, even this one is commonly heard by the most important businessmen, in practice what was seen was something else. Today the scenario is a bit different: employees are called employees, since it is understood that only by paying wages, employees perform their function mechanically, when they are called to collaborate with the company, are involved in the business and are Identify with the culture of the company, begin to engage and collaborate effectively with the business. Bosses are called managers, since managing people is no longer a factor of a mechanistic, systematic, methodical, or even synonymous view of control, task, and obedience. It is rather the management of people aiming at the valuation of professionals and the human being, the function of the manager is to integrate the employee to the strategic vision of the company and this integration produce tangible results.
