Abstract
This graduation project represents a broken paradigm in the provision of Occupational Health and Safety services, proposing an innovative approach by switching from traditional services in physical clinics to a flexible and strategic model that incorporates commodity through a mobile service, innovating our In Company services. The ideia of the project emerged after our brainstorming about how we will improve the traditional occupational health and safety services resulting in the conclusion that this approach, there segment will be at small and medium-sized companies situated in appropriate locations, allowing for a more effective offer of services. The basis of the proposal was solidified through qualitative research, which explored not only the viability, but also the structuring and maintenance of the project. Vida Segura has an offer that distinguishes itself from others by offering facilities, innovation, and personalized service, focused on the necessity of each client.
