Abstract
Vital signs are great indicators for detecting diseases, so the device created aims to promote well-being and identify heart and respiratory diseases in a convenient way through two vital signs that are essential for life (heartbeat and blood oxygenation). The project then begins with research into the functioning and specifications of the blood oxygenation sensor, focusing on its integration with a microcontroller for data transmission and conversion in an application. Next, an adjustable wristband will be designed to accommodate the electronic devices safely and comfortably. The main materials used will be Lycra (Elastane), due to its high elasticity, and Velcro, which provides versatility in adjusting to different wrist sizes, ensuring comfort. After the wristband is made, a program will be developed to store and manage the heart rate and oxygen saturation measurement data, with automatic readings every 15 minutes, contributing to improving health and quality of life.
