Abstract

The article addresses the implementation of 4D cinema and the use of the Canvas tool for business in the city of Santos, focusing on the impact of 4D cinema on the viewer's experience and local business opportunities. The challenges involve high costs, the synchronization of sensory effects with the narrative, and equipment wear. The methodology includes market analysis and technical characteristics of the film industry. The results indicate that 4D cinema increases engagement and offers a differentiated proposal with the potential to attract audiences, promote tourism, and enhance the city's cultural life.
