Abstract

Defining appropriate indicators is key to the success of an Environmental Management System, and these indicators must be relevant in the context of the organization. The use of sustainability indicators includes the view of stakeholders in their definition. Based on the evaluation of the Sustainability Reports of five companies in the Pulp and Paper sector, we sought to understand which indicators would be most relevant to the sector.
