Abstract
This text presents a report of teaching practice, by conducting an Action Research, with a group of 29 students from the 5th grade of the Municipal Public Elementary School, in the city of Santos-SP, involving the application of Restorative Justice ( JR) in the school context, through the use of Circular Processes. The objective of this academic work is to identify to what extent the application of this methodology contributes to the prevention of violence in the school environment. The results obtained after the application point to reflections and ways to improve this instrument that enhances the Culture of Peace
