Abstract

 In industrial processes, production is directly related to the initial cost and its added value at the end. The equipment involved is a relevant factor to meet the demands, where in its dimensioning is essential a correct and accurate project, having the best cost benefit for gains and greater use of the potential of the equipment employed. With the study of the application of scale expansion between tanks, it is possible to analyze the behavior of the fluids and with the results predict and make adjustments for application in the construction project of the equipment to better meet the demands requested of the plant. The present work aimed at the relevance of the real analysis of the behavior of the equipment in the batch ing process, for the application of scaling in the construction of the equipment, as well as an approach in relation to the power consumption between the tanks in the agitation of mixtures and their performance.
