Abstract
This article aims to demonstrate the importance of Jurimetry in the elaboration of public health policies. The promotion, protection and recovery of health, such as primary health care, enshrined in the First International Health Conference (WHO, 1978) requires the construction of fast, accurate and safe public policies. Jurimetry, allied with technology and the Internet, can thus ensure, especially in aggravated as the SARS-CoV-2 caused by COVID-19 that required solutions and strategies with a speed greater than that of the global transmission of the disease. The methodology used is the dialectical and systemic approach, through bibliographic and documentary research, qualitative and descriptive.
