Abstract

The world has awakened to issues involving the environment and people's quality of life, which require urgent and sustainable actions so that future generations are not harmed. Therefore, corporate social responsibility is fundamental and ESG is increasingly present on the agendas of companies with investments and commitments to long-term sustainable actions, integrating environmental, social and governance. The present study aims to study what brands are presenting about ESG, and Natura, which is an example of a sustainable company in its business strategy, playing a transformative role, having become an example of a sustainable company, resulting in opportunities for growth and progress.
