Abstract

The theme chosen for the work encompasses the importance and relevance of the Internal Commission for the Prevention of Accidents – CIPA but extends particularly to its newest attribution in accordance with Regulatory Standard NR - 5 – Internal Commission for the Prevention of Accidents and Harassment and the impact that this change brings on the work environment, characterizing this as the main theme of this project. Harassment in the work environment has been occurring recurrently, and it’s impacts on the employee's health have been proven. The aim of this work is to clarify the existing forms of moral and sexual harassment and to point out the legal repercussions of the presence of harassment in the organization.
