Abstract

The article proposes to analyze the guarantee of equal and universal access in the supply of medicines to those who need them for medical treatment and health preservation, as well as the equivalence of the prescription prescribed by a private doctor to obtain medicine in the Public Health Network of the Municipality of Santos.
