Abstract

This article examines the constitutional grounds for and against euthanasia. The methodology it is use is a qualitative review of the scientific and doctrinal literature, the study reveals the complexities of the legal debate on this practice os euthanasia pro-euthanasia arguments emphasize individual autonomy and the exercise of life with dignity, while opposing arguments emphasize the inviolability and sacredness of life.
