We will unfold the research in relation to the requirements and complementarity required by Brazilian legislation to guarantee the effectiveness of this right, as well as on the application of civil imprisonment of grandparents in case of non-compliance with the obligation, studying the constitutionality of the coercive measure, and presenting more appropriate and less onerous means of collection, such as the expropriation procedure.
