Abstract

The authors critically analyze the evolution of the right to health to arrive at the concept of single health, addressing the development of this concept, which is the general objective and having as specific objectives to conceptualize single health, human health, non-human health, environmental health and collective health and to analyze the implications of the single health concept in relation to individual and collective aspects. The research is exploratory, based on legislative and doctrinal bibliographic survey, with data and information collection on the subject carried out in the main scientific platforms. Concluding that the right to health in the constitution refers to the single health.
