Abstract
This work is a brief bibliographical survey that aims to continue the discussion about the challenges regarding the relationship between the education-health binomial in the everyday practices of the health services of the Unified Health System (SUS) in Brazil. In this discussion, we problematize the practices involved in health education, mention some spaces within the daily routine of services where health education can take place, outline two devices of the SUS policy in which this binomial is related – Matrix Support and Permanent Education – and, finally, pose some questions/challenges to fuel the continuation of these discussions.
