NARRATIVES, NUTRITION AND HEALTH: EXPERIENCE OF A UNIVERSITY EXTENSION PROJECT Sheila de Melo Borges

Abstract

The “curricularization of extension” legally established in Brazil in 2018 made university extension mandatory and was responsible for adapting pedagogical course projects at a national level. From this perspective, a university extension project was developed for a Nutrition Course entitled “Narratives, nutrition and health”, which is presented here in the form of an experience report.
