Abstract

This paper aims to propose a way of measuring the costs of quality (prevention, appraisal and failure), according to the concepts developed by authors such as Joseph M. Juran and Armand V. Feigenbaum, the aim of satisfying regulatory requirements for Quality Management Systems in order to ensure treatment to financial considerations related to costs.
