Abstract

This work proposes to share an analysis of legislative developments that focuses on urban intervention and land title regularization for Social Interest Housing, which provides Human Dignity and Environmental Restoration. Discusses part of the historical context and juridical aspects faced by technicians to find the solution for each core to intervene and/or regularize. Brings considerations regarding the difficulties and what is needed, besides the improvement of legislation, for effective housing policy that propitiates dignity.
